This week’s guest, Karin Ascot, has worked with the City of Austin’s Environmental Department as well as the Texas Chapter of the Sierra Club, but is currently planning construction for a regenerative agriculture “EcoVillage” here in Central Texas. We discussed the idea behind it and its potential to reshape the way we view modern communities and how we fight the climate change crisis.
